What is Adventist Heritage Weekend?
Adventist Heritage Weekend is an annual event hosted by Pathway to Paradise Ministries on the last weekend of October. The date commemorates the “Great Disappointment” on October 22, 1844, when thousands of Millerites in New England expected Jesus to return at the second coming. That didn’t happen, of course, but out of this prophetic misunderstanding a global movement of Bible-believing, seventh-day observing Christians was born.
What is the program like?
This year’s program, like every year, will focus around inspiring Bible-based, Christ-centered messages that explain and affirm the prophetic mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Participants will also enjoy wonderful music, delicious food, and Christian fellowship. This year’s speaker will be international evangelist Randy Skeete.
